1 c apricot preserves
1/4 c water
2 T onion soup mix

Mix, pour over boneless turkey roast. Bake covered at 350 for 2 or 2.5 hours

Mix a can of cranberry sauce (either kind) with about 1/4 cup onion soup mix. Spread it over the roast and cook, covered at 350 until done. Refrigerate overnight, slice and return to pan sauce. Serve either warm or at room temperature.
