I need some good ideas for lunch for Fri afternoons.
We can't use the stove because it's full with shabbat food that's cooking, I don't have time to make it in advance on Thursday, I don't want something that requires a lot of prep time, and cereal and sandwiches are out because those are eaten for breakfast / school snack. Any ideas?

Tuna salad
Cut up veggies
Pasta-can You cook it the night before and leave out of fridge and serve at room temperature?

My kids make their own lunches on Friday before we get home from work. They make matzah pizza in the toaster, cereal and milk, eat kani sticks straight from the package, yogurt, and grab muffins or cheese pretzels from the freezer.
