Meeting an owner of a rental house tonight through a broker, we were told that we should "expect the meeting to go well." Can anyone give me insight what I should or shouldn't do/say

Just seem responsible, like tenants who will pay on time and take good care of the place, and come prepared with any questions you have about the property, rental conditions, neighbors, etc.
