Title says it all. The wheel snapped off. I can put it back on, but it just falls off. It's clearly missing something to keep it in place. Any solutions?
(anon because I'm discussing this IRL)

Call them.
I it's still in the first year, it may be under warranty.

I did. It's 6 years old. They offered to sell me a new wheel for $30, but I have the wheel, I just want it to attach

Can you deliberately and gently remove another wheel and compare it to the one that fell off? That might tell you what's missing.
