I once did a method something with 1 min in room and ten minutes put of room... not site exactly.anyone know the exact minutes? Last time was really helpful.

Sounds like you're referring to Richard Ferber's book "Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems ".
I don't remember his exact recommended times, but the time in the room should get shorter, and the time out of the room should get longer. This is both within one going to sleep session, and from day to day.
Do what works best for you. I'm pretty sure you start with less than 10 mins out the room. I would start with 5, and work up to 10.
