I have the Teutonia! Old brand and strong quality! Love the bassinet, not big like the bugaboo. Baby sleeps comfortably and fits till about 5 months! Really love it! But think it's no more available in US.

My kids slept perfectly fine in any stroller that laid back. I never understood the need for a bulky bassinet.

The reason to have a bassinet with some strollers is because some of the seats aren't made for kids under 6 months so it's either a bassinet or a car seat. But yeah the good old days or strollers that you can put any age kid in was convenient.

It's not recommended infants remain in a car seats for long periods of time (longer than about 30 minutes). It's better for them to lay flat. That's why strollers come with bassinets.
