Beware. I rented in Israel, and the person I rented from had me move apartments after I came back from a tiyul at 9:30 pm. I was afraid to argue with him, especially because he let himself in with a spare key and packed up all my belongings.

I was in one of those, and the location was great, however the owner also had a nasty habit of coming in to show it to others while we were renting it! The nerve!
