Hi,

Wondering if anyone has experience doing such a thing and could recommend a house that we could rent for a shabbos.

5 couples - 19 kids ages 15 years to 15 months = total of 29 people

Anywhere between Brooklyn and Toronto or nearby. Catskills would be great, but not looking specifically for Catskills.

Any ideas?

Check AirBNB or VRBO for places like Albany, Ithaca, Syracuse, and Binghamton, and make sure it's walking distance to shul (if that's important to you, unless you have your own minyan and Sefer Torah). Ithaca and the Finger Lakes area is beautiful!
