Anyone know someone moving there? When will the first houses be done? Is everything sold? Is it gonna be chasidish mostly or also yeshivish people bought there? Are the ones who bought moving in? Or renting out? Anyone planning a business? Are chasidishe people interested? Or it will turn out yeshivish? If you bought are u chasidish or yeshivish? Planning to move there? I know a whole bunch of chasidishe people that bought there and a whole bunch of belzers and viznitz people.
So that's why I am wondering if yeshivish people are interested too. Anyone has their house ready? I am wondering who will be the first to move in if it chasidish/yeshivish people?

Some people started moving in already. New people moving in each day. Its mostly vizhnitz with some belz. I doubt anyone not chassidish would move there.

Someone Sephardi moved in recently. So you might very well have some yeshivish people there.
Wondering if everything is sold already?
Will they have a Friday night Mikva? Is it open to public?

I was not looking to rent. I wanted to know if there's gonna be a Friday night Mikva. Anyone knows?
Yiddes, you say your moving. What's the crowd like? Are people nice there? Is there a 50/50 belz viznitz? Or more viznitz?
Are the houses well built?

As far as I know it's chasidish, mostly belz and viznitz. I know lots of the people that moved or are moving soon. Seems like a great crowd! Some very sweet and friendly people. My sil is going to move there soon.

Mikva will be in Harmony park, all week not only Friday night.
The houses are built like houses are in developments.
