Hi ladies,
Does anyone know of drop off babysitting in har hotzvim?
I come in from out of Jerusalem and I'd prefer to bring my baby with and find him babysitting close to my office, so I can be nearby and maybe even nurse during my lunch break.

Not drop off, but there's a Naamat maon in Har Hotzvim if you can get a spot.

Excuse my ignorance but what is naamat maon and how does one get a spot?
The other problem I have is that I dont have consistent work hours. It varies sometimes morning, sometimes afternoon.

Maon is a daycare centre and this one is run by the "Naamat" organization. It won't work well for you if your hours are inconsistent though.
