I renovated kitchen last year and updated with all bosch appliances.
The double wall ovens: cook evenly, but the fan is always on, even if not on convection mode and it is too loud for me.
The cooktop is fine. No complaints.
I am most disappointed with the dishwashers. They are so energy efficient that I find a lot of things don't get cleaned well and thr dishes are never dry. Also, I prefer to use non toxic cleaning products, and if you don't use the recommended jetdry, it doesn't clean at all.

Thanks for the reply.
Very helpful.
Question on the oven.
If I want to use time bake for Shabbat night, meaning it should shut off automatically.
A. Do I need to use it on Sabbath mode in order to open the door.
If not
B. Will it stop beeping, after how many beeps.

Any other brand recommendations greatly appreciated.

I'm on a reasonable budget.

Don't have to go all with one brand.

With the Shabbat oven mode, there is a timer. You could set it for as little time as you need it on up to a 3 day yom tov.
I used town appliance in Lakewood. They really helped guidance me with choices based on my choices and family size. Also, they got me the maximum rebates available.
