I made meat for shabbos that completely broke apart when I cut it. I shredded it to pulled beef. How can I serve it nicely? (I am having company)
I will make another roast but thought I can mathe serve it nicely anyways. Maybe as an appetizer or something.

Deep fry puff pastry squares to form a taco and serve in that.
You could buy/make gnocchi and top it with sauce and pulled beef. Also a nice appetizer.
Or on top of mashed potatoes.

I like the ortega taco flats. You can serve one with the meat in it.

Mix in a nice sauce.
Make some white rice
Serve on a platter on top of the white rice.
Yum

Ives seen it in puff pastry cups, wrapped in pastry dough, in mini slider buns, on flatbreads pizza style drizzled with a mayo sauce
