My baby wakes up for a bottle around 7 am. At this time I need to start waking up my other kids for kindergarten. The entire morning routine is delayed for 20 min, until baby is done with bottle. Its a big problem, I am so stressed out and rushing my kids, who then dont respond well bcs they need their time to slowly wake up in the morning. Has anyone ever woken up their baby in the morning for first bottle? Seems not good...Advice?

I have a 5 year old 4 year old and 5 month old.I usually nurse my baby in his sleep at 6.30 then get others up and ready for school. My oldest goes on the bus at 8.10 after he is on the bus I dress the baby. If he is up when I am busy he plays on the floor or in the exosaucer.

Yeah I would suggested getting the baby up a bit earlier to give you all time.

I do as other posters mentioned. Baby up at 630, everyone else at 7.

Or delay bottle by 2 minutes as you wake up the kids, give baby a bottle in the middle of the floor as you double check your bigger ones are actually waking up and getting out of bed.
