Very cute. But I wouldn't use it personally for a boy it has pink. Just what I would do. But I see everyone thinks it's ok. So this is just what I would do.
I guess I don't have a popular opinion. It's ok

If you pair it with the darker turquoise, you can get away with it fir a boy. You can add a boyish appliqué last minute though.
