BH my kids behave very nicely for babysitters, and there are only two of them, so as long as they're both in good health I can usually find someone willing to have them. It costs but not as much as it would to keep missing work. I already had to take off more than I really could when they both got sick one after another last month. Now I'm just aggravated that they have upcoming performances right in middle of the day.
