Looking for yummy and easy dinners that dont require more than 10 minutes of prep. Dairy or meat are both fine. Thanks!

Eat like an Israeli. Dinners are light, usually dairy or pareve, and very quick and easy (and cheap!):
*Omelet and sliced veggies.
*Pureed vegetable soup (takes longer than ten minutes to cook, but actual prep time is less. Pureed soups just need veggies tossed in water and cooked, no fancy dicing or sauteeing).
*Cheese toasts and fruit (this was tonight's supper).
*Tuna patties and veggies (we like cherry tomatoes).
*Noodles with cheese sauce (easiest version in the world: whisk any kind of milk with a few tablespoons of flour and heat, stirring, till thickens, about ten minutes. Cook pasta in the meantime. When it's thick, turn off the heat, add salt and a handful of cheese, stir till melted). Goes well with broccoli.
*Baked potatoes with cheese/cream/broccoli/mushrooms/whatever you like (potatoes take longer than ten minutes to bake but actual work time is almost nil, or you can nuke them in even less time).

Broiled chicken is a favorite here. Put in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt or whatever spice mix you like. Broil for half hour, turning over every 10 minutes or so. Pair with baked potato. It's really good if you pour the liquid from the chicken on the potatoes

I slice white potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots. Line foil pan with the sliced veg. Season with s&p, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder.
Place cut up chicken pieces on top. Season the chicken with same. Bake for 90 min at 350.

Boil pasta. Drain and return to pot. Add grated cheese, tomato puree, italian herbs, salt, pepper, fresh or dry garlic and mix till all combined and cheese melted. (You can also do with cheese alone for picky kids)

Chicken breast or boneless chicken thigh. Throw on pereg shwarma spice and cook on both sides till done. Or make into schnitzle.

Easy side dish - cook baby potatoes. When cooked partially mash with a masher. Sprinkle with evvo, salt pepper and rosemary. Roast on high for about 20 minutes till brown and crispy.

or cut up sweet potatoes into fries and mix with oil and spices. Roast till cooked.

If you like soup, make big batches and refrigerate or freeze until needed.

Rice and chicken in the oven.
Takes a while to bake, but prep is really fast.
1.5 cups of rice
3 cups water
Season to taste salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, etc.
Add a frozen bag of mixed vegges, or peas and carrots
Season chicken pieces, a whole chicken cut in 8 or 10.
Lay on top.
Foil tightly.
Bake at 350 for 1-11/2 hrs.
It's done once all the water is absorbed.
Take off foil and let chicken get a little golden, or not.

Shake-n-Bake fish, baked sweet potato, corn,
First, wash sweet pototoes, bake in a foiled pan, 450 for about 45 min.
Then prepare fish while potatoes are baking
I use tilapia loins from Costco.
Take your fish portions, season generously.
Then shmear 1-2Tbsp of mayo, all over the fish.
Coat in shake n bake coating.
Lay flat on a cookie sheet
Spray with oil spray.
Bake 15 minutes on each side, at 450
Meanwhile dump 2-3 cans of corn in a pot liquid and all (or you can put it in the oven as well). Add a pinch of salt. Heat up.

Easiest dinner- boil and cook a box of pasta or spaghetti. Sautée 1 lb of ground beef until cooked through and add half a jar of marinara and simmer for about 5 min until boiling. Seriously easy and delicious.
