How do you heat up schnitzel for Shabbos lunch so that it is still crispy?
Any other chicken recipes good for Shabbos lunch?
Thanks!

Why don't you serve it at room temperature instead? Slice on the diagonal and lay over salad or noodles.
I personally don't like reheated schnitzel.

If you're serving with a cold cut platter, Schnitzel does not have to be hot.
If you do want to heat it, place it on an open foil in top of your crock pot (cover) but not for more than an hr. at most.
