Maybe you eat in the bedrooms, but I doubt you eat in the cupboards. So why isn't sweeping and changing the sheets enough?
If you're kids are no longer available to help, does that mean their older? If so, that means no crumbs in toy boxes and lego train sets anymore.
Leave your 'spring cleaning' for another time. No need to sort out your closets, scrub your windows, dust on top of the lamp shades.
Pesach cleaning really doesn't take that long.

Stop eating in bedrooms and get rooms, dressers clean ahead of time. Check drawers, wipe dresser tops clean, change linen, sweep/mop/vacuum floor including under beds. If necessary, vacuum between the mattresses and bed bases.
Then you'll be left with kitchen and living/dining just before pesach.

Where is your husband? Kids? If they have time to make the mess, they have time to clean it.
Stop making more chometz mess and start slowly- doing a room every 3 days (or give yourself a week depending on how big a place you have). Then it all will be pesachdik (not sparkling) clean early, giving you time to clean the dining room, kitchen etc. Dust isn't chometz!
