Costco. They have good prices on pretty paper goods (paper), cutlery that looks like silverware and plates that look like china. Also strong clear plastic cups. If you don't have Costco account but know someone who does and has Google express they can order online and ship to your door within the day

If you're not looking for the expensive hard disposable plastic, go with Dollar Tree as leopardspots suggested. I just bought a bunch of things for a party.
