My son who is turning 5 soon is starting to wet the bed almost every night. It happened before but not as frequent. He's struggles with potty training but BH I think we conquered that. At times his underwear will be a drop wet because he's running to the bathroom.
But I don't know how to handle the night stuff😩
What do I do to say too it? It's so frustrating!!!!

what I find works is not giving liquids I.e. soup, drinks 2 hours before dinner. then I do bathroom at beginning of bedtime routine then again right before bed and then again right before I retire for the night. I know it's a bit much but after a few weeks I found I didn't have to do this anymore.
