ISO NY designer outlet stores, selling older styles?

Does anyone know of any NY designer discount outlet stores that sell older styles of brand name womens clothing?

Once a style is months or more old, department stores dump it to outlets who cut the prices very drastically.

Any outlet stores in Brooklyn or NYC?

Where can you get steals?

I hear that among others, Russian businessmen, possibly in Russian neighborhoods, but not only in Russian neighborhoods, have stores like that but I dont know where.

once upon a midnight dreary ... used to go to jersey for fancy clothes at discount prices [alas I have no recollection where or if they still exist]

Thanks Green, I go to Foxs regularly and the other places you mentioned.

Im looking for the hole in the wall smaller stores that I havent heard of, but Im sure exist. Perhaps people hesitate to share them though.
