I want to report back I asked if it's nice to go to shabbos in hotel . We went to the embassy suites for the weekend and it was so nice ! It's a beautiful hotels with plants and waterfalls all over . We brought the whole shabbos and just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves . I would recommend it if you want a change and don't have a lot of money to spend

Thanks for the follow-up. Which Embassy Suites did you go to? Did you have any Shabbos/electricity-related issues? Was it near a shul? Do they have any rules against cooking in the room (hot plates and crock pots)?

I went to the one in parsinppany nj but they have them all over . It was a suite so we had a nice living room with couches and a table . We brought a hot plate but we shut it off right before shabbos . We walked two miles to a shul shabbos morning

I can't believe that you walked 2 miles to shul! There was a Shabboton for a few Lakewood school Rebbiem and thier families in the Raddison next there WITH minyanim!! I know cuz I was there!
