So, his school doesn't allow the Y.
Funtastic said that they weren't able to put a boys art class together this season.
Take Note, I couldn't find online, but it seems to be music?
And I checked the link through a zillion ads, but can't find the dahill art class one 
Thank you guys, but any more info would be appreciated as my son really wants to do this.

The dahill one is st 43 dahill somebody abromowitz. Her name is Artbeat.
Don't have her number anymore but my son just finished there.
He didn't learn a thing there, so if that's your goal then it isn't for you, but he definitely loved every minute and felt like a million.

Take Note has many different classes-
Safrus , woodworking, voice, music , gymsnastics. They have Art for girls don't know about boys.

I don't have the number but I know that Funtastics does currently have boys' art with an excellent instructor. I know people that send there and are very happy.
I'll try to look up Take Note's number .

Take note is 718 633 4184 not sure if they have boys art.
It’s funtastic has the best name but they couldn’t put tog a class.
Artbeat was cheapest but very simple basic class.

My son takes art at Funtastic. We are thrilled. Hes learning alot, and the teacher is adorable.

My son took art classes years ago by art beat Abramowitz. He loved it! He gained skills and learned dimensions, shadows, shading and came home with a beautiful painting. He first started in beginners class on basic shapes, dimentions using pastels and then moved up to charcoal and then oil painting. I don't know what she offers today in her classes but I felt like it gave him a good foundation and he very much enjoyed the atmosphere. I've taken art as a kid in the Y and didn't learn these techniques. If the same number is still in service, the one I have is: 718 232-2456. Good luck!
