I'm trying to cook healthier and want to make the Hearty Vegetable Soup recipe in the BY cookbook. It calls for 2( 4 ounce) pkgs noodle soup mix. I'm assuming that's pretty unhealthy filled with chemicals? What can I use instead? Thanx.

You can sauté lots of onion and garlic to start as your base to the soup. Once the soup has come to a boil season it with salt until it's tasty. No soup packets necessary.
