Both shabbos and weekday. I dont like buckles or tie ups because with kids I just need to slip em on as fast as possible. I don't mind block heals but I cant walk in stilettos. No open toe.

I was tempted to go amother because people know I personally wouldn't be the model for this, iykwim, but I did just see something along the lines of boat shoes, or loafers with a thick white sole.

I'm going to write a second message instead of editing my first, to bump this for OP.
I also saw slip ons with white soles, not so thick, not slip on like penny-loafer style but more like a tuxedo shoe in the front. With pom poms.
Is this so 2016?

My teenage daughter has a pair of shoes similar to what you are describing. She would never wear something that's 2016!

Following this thread for more weekday options!
Love wearing block heeled booties during the winter (from aerosols and naturalizer, so not super trendy but chic and comfortable).
I hate flats because I have high arches, and the white platform loafers is not my type. I struggle with this every year!
