Every time I give my younger kids (age 3 and below) a bath, without fail at least one of them will, uh to put this nicely, use the bath as a toilet (for wet only thank G-d).
I've tried it all- put him in with a diaper for a few minutes while the bath fills up, pit the kid on the toilet before...
It's so gross to be sitting in your urine and to have it poured over your head but do I empty the bath each time this happens?
What do you do? Empty the bath or pretend you didn't see?

I Lways rinse them off with fresh water. My shower head is on a hose which makes it easy.

A tiny proportion of a baby's own pee in a bath tub full of water is pretty insignificant. I wouldn't give it much thought.
I never wash their hair/heads with bathtub water though, I take it straight from the tap.
