I am making a dairy noodle kugel and the recipe says to bake on 325 for 1 1/2 hours. It doesn't indicate if pan should be left covered or uncovered. Which one should I do? It seems like a long time to keep it uncovered...

I baked mine uncovered on higher temp and top became very crispy. So u can do partial if u don't like too crispy. ( I'll add that it was a pareve browrice pasta, though don't think it makes a difference)
