Anyone here ever make green smoothies? I have a problem with excess fiber so I'd love some ideas.

Watch some of her videos to learn all about green smoothies and living a raw vegan diet
In order t make delicious smoothies you need to use both soluble and insoluble fiber.
Also green smoothies only taste good when they are cold, use frozen fruit or ice.

My sister blends frozen spinach, strawberry and fresh pineapple. And drinks it as a cleanser. She said its yumm. I'm going to try it as soon as my pineapple is ripe!! I can't wait.

Blend spinach, frozen banana slices, frozen fruit (such as peaches, mango, strawberries), and milk of choice ( I use almond because regular milk hurts my stomach). To make it even more nutritious you can add flaxseed or chia seeds. I also add peanut butter or almond butter sometimes for protein. Tastes delicious and really healthy.
