I want to try a no meds approach with my son. I am hearing a lot about diet but I need a good nutritionist to walk me through it. Anyone?

I'm not really into putting my dc on a diet. But would like to hear more about vitamins that help.

Not a nutritionist but you might want to try KidsBeyondMeds.com. It's actually run by an imamother member. I found her very informative and helpful.
