These are amazing. DH makes me make them as a side dish once a week.
1-1.5 lbs of fresh green beans, topped & tailed
6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 T soy sauce
1T oil
1t sugar
Cook the green beans in water & drain. Spray PAM in the frying pan & fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the green beans & mix for a couple of minutes. Mix the oil, soy sauce & sugar together & add to the pan. Stir/Toss for a few minutes.

You don't need to cook them beforehand. They come out crunchier if you don't actually. YUM!
