I have a separate urn, but after reading this, I did some research, and the CRC says you might not even need to do anything to use an urn on Pesach. AYLOR, of course. Very interesting!

Pessach vinegar. One that has a kosher for Pessach hechsher. As I recall its Glicks Imitation White Vinegar. (its been a while since I cleaned the urn..)

What are you you using your urn for? My dispenses hot water into an empty vessel..

Some people use the water to cook instant oatmeal, couscous, noodles etc.

Instant soups for example. Or oatmeal.
I also recommend getting a citrus juicer. Nothing fancy or expansive, but I find it very useful.

Fair enough. The steam that rises from the oatmeal when its under the urn creates chametz in my urn. I hadn't thought of that.
