If you are a nutritarian, how do you plan to eat over Pesach?
Do you have meal ideas?
Do you eat kitniyot?

Hi,
I know of this diet and have followed it in the past for a bit. However, diet does not come before Judaism. And thus, if it is not your minhag to not eat kitniyot, then you should not be nutritarian over Pesach for obvious reasons. I've never been nutritarian over Pesach, but I have been a regular vegan while adhering to Ashkenazi minhag, and I can tell you that it is extremely difficult and that quinoa and potatoes are your friends.

I'll post meal ideas in a bit, but I have to go for now.

Hi again,

If you want to be nutritarian as possible, stock up on many veggies. That is the base of the nutritarian diet, Pesach or not. Basically, eat a large salad as your main dish for the majority of your meals. You also want to eat many steamed vegetables, but if you like them a bit more flavorful, feel free to sautee them a bit. Nuts and seeds are also important on this diet, and are fine for Ashkenazim as well, but can be pricey. For nuts, I recommend almonds, walnuts, and even almond milk to maybe add to morning smoothies, and sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds, and tahini. Speaking of smoothies, they will probably be your go-to morning breakfast. Bananas, frozen or fresh fruit, dried fruit like dates, liquid (water, juice or almond milk--make sure it is klp or make yourself), and greens--spinach is the most subtle. You can add chia, hemp, flax. You can get many of these Mix around combinations, but I always recommend adding banana regardless of smoothie. Mushrooms are great meaty and legume-less (I'm assuming your Ashkenazi) staple to have, as well as avocado which a very healthy fat that goes nicely in salads. However, given it's Pesach, you may also want to expand your diet a bit more given you can't eat a lot already, so I recommend adding quinoa, root vegetables--especially potatoes, and obviously matzoes.

Here are some more filling vegan meals that are klp but not nutritarian necessarily:
