I have one boy then 3 girls, my sil has one girl then 7 boys.

I know of someone that has 7 girls, and someone else that has 7 boys. I also know several people that had 4 or 5 of the same gender before they had the opposite gender. Not everyone can keep trying, whether it is is for physical or emotional reasons until they have the opposite gender.

I have 3 boys. My sil has 7 boys, no girls yet! A different sil had 4 girls, then a boy and then another girl.

I know someone who has 2 (or 3) girls, then twin girls, then another single girl, then triplets of 2 girls and a boy, and another single girl (I think). Whoever knows her will know whom I'm talking about...

my neighbor has 7 boys and just had a girl. the oldest is turning 13 next week.
My cousin had 8 girls then a boy. then a girl.

My parents have 9 girls, no boys.
Every one of us who is married has made a pidyon haben, and the grandkids are mostly boys.

Ovulating much after mikva is more likely to result in girls.
