I'm really ready to lose 15 extra pounds I've been carrying around since my baby was born. I've been going to the gym but I know my eating habits have to change.I tried one of those fad diets that give u a meal plan and I stuck to it perfectly. Obviously it wasn't a healthy way to lose weight. Can someone please help me make a meal plan for the week- something healthy and realistic. I do have a nut allergy but besides that I'm pretty open to anything. I'll use the same meal plan every week until I'm happy with I how I look and then I'll just work on maintaining the weight through good eating choices.
