Help! For 1 week I've been totally out of control, eating things I usually dont touch- pizza, granola bars, bourekas, junk cereal. Cant stop. Usually Im very good about eating well. I just dont have the energy. I need to get back to the right mindset....... I want so desperately to lose weight. Im just gaining and feel so crappy. Have 6 month old baby. Plus 2 older ones.

I don't buy food that I shouldn't eat and I also take the time to prep fruit and veggies so they are very easily accessible. These two things have helped me a lot with weight loss.
If you like salty snacks, then buy edamame and sprinkle with sea salt. If it's sweet, bake some low cal, healthy snacks with Splenda.
