My wig is back at the manufacturer to add new hair because of knotting. 1. Do I cut it again? 2. Do I color it again?

What do you mean? When they add hair it's a long uncut piece. The shaitel macher will cut it and style that area so it blends into the rest of the wig. She wl do the same with coloring- if needed.

I gave it back because it was knotting. The last time I gave it back (I'm not sure what she actually did) she did not give it back to me washed so I'm not assuming she'll wash and style it unless I pay her
