Im looking for someone who can do a really good cut but dont want to pay high-end price. Any suggestions? Anyone use a non jewish hairdresser?

I found the Lakewood prices to be relatively cheap (150-200 average). I even found Jewish for 75. How much do the non Jewish charge that it's worth risking a (presumably) expensive wig?
