Long story short....I might end up in Bergen Beach for a few months, and would like to be mentally prepared:
Is it a predominantly black neighborhood?
Is there a mikva for women? If not, where is the closest one?
Is there an orthodox or modern orthodox shul?
Is there a power plant in the neighborhood?
Any health hazards I should be aware of? (for example, a landfill?)
