I usually buy sucralose It's readily available with a Pesach hechsher in kosher supermarkets. I asked about stevia in my original post because I don't really like the sucralose

we've been told to get sweet~n~low but my mother hates it ... I am trying to find something she will possibly enjoy because she also drinks her coffee black
my daughter usually just goes for the sugar & cream for the 8 days but hers is a want & not a need
