Bingo selling Irenshtein Shmura Matza, reasonable, seem thin

They have Bdatz Hashgacha. Boxes are marked "thin" in hebrew.

Theyre giving samples.

$36 for 2.2 pounds. Almost 1/2 price of Charedim.

Did any other stores sell them in previous years?

Anyone else buying these Matzahs instead of Chareidim, because theyre thin and way cheaper?

Is there a requirement? Usually we buy Chareidim, that are the most expensive and highly desirable, simply because theyre thin.

From the small sample I tasted, they seemed good. Ill update on Pesach iyH.

My husband says it does matter, but I'd still rather eat more thin matzah than a slightly smaller quantity of 'cardboard' matzah. Some of the thicker ones are hard to chew!
