I would love to have a fruit soup on Yom tov, anyone has a good recipe or method of making it? Did you ever freeze it?

I used to make strawberry soup. You put frozen strawberries in a blender with sugar. I forgot the complete recipe but even if you just do that it is great. And it freezes.
