Trader Joes makes one that suppose to be real good.
Never tried it, also don't know if it's kosher

3lb roast
1T olive oil
2 t brown sugar
1 t instant coffee
1t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper

Rub olive oil over roast combine rest of ingredients rub spice mixture into roast marinate in Ziploc bag.
Preheat oven to 450 roast for one hour uncovered turn roast over and return for 20 minutes.
Remove and immediately cover with foil to seal in juices.

I make London Broil with a rub of cocoa, coffee and black pepper. If you like medium/rare, it makes a dark crust with a slightly pink inside - looks gorgeous too,
