I have a kugel batter in my fridge. It was covered the whole week, and doesn't look brown or grey - same color as when I made it.
Is it safe to bake it now?

In the future freeze. Then put in to bake at 475 for 45 minutes. Lower heat to 350.
Bake. Enjoy
