Does anyone have a recipe for homemade mayo, using an immersion blender? I once found the recipe on this site and now I can't find it. I think it had 4 ingredients.

I've made this one with great success and plan on doing it again for Pesach! http://thehealthyfoodie.com/fa.....iant/
It is 4 ingredients: a whole large/xlarge egg, 1 cup oil, 2-3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice, salt to taste. Put all the ingredients in a cup, put the immersion blender in all the way to the bottom and turn on, then slowly lift up the immersion blender as it emulsifies.
You can sub the lemon juice for vinegar to make a different kind of mayo. I also have added roasted garlic and it's awesome.

There are actually several different posts about this.
The one I use is 2 eggs, 2 T lemon juice or vinegar, 1.5 C oil, 1 t salt.
Be sure not to pull up the stick too soon.
I just made my 3rd batch. One batch went for dressing, and a second for the brisket rub.
