I just had a newborn baby a few days ago. Well before Yom Tov started I collapsed several times and I'm now in the hospital. Don't know what is wrong with me.

So I'm here all by myself in the middle of Pesach. My newborn baby is home with my husband and mom.

And I just can't stop crying. This sucks! I should be at home with my family.

Would appreciate any prayers for a quick recovery. Rachel Chana bat Sarah

Refuah sheleimah, and Mazel Tov on your new baby!

You're probably just weak from doing too much pre-Pesach, and then giving birth. B'H, you are smart enough to be in the hospital, where you will be forced to rest and recover.

I'm davening that the doctors find nothing wrong except general exhaustion, and that you'll be back home soon.

Remember, guarding your health is a Torah commandment that overrides everything, even Yom Kippur. You are doing the highest mitzvah you can right now, so don't let the yetzer hara make you feel guilty or depressed.

Do they know what could be wrong? It's been a few days already .. Are you feeling stronger? Hope you get your rest so you have the strength to take care of your baby.
