I am 5'2 and weigh 220. In desperate need of some new spring clothing, especially skirts and some shabbos clothes.
I'm on a limited budget too.

Quite apart from the fact that it looks very short, the pleats may well accentuate parts of your figure that you would prefer not to accentuate.

I can't wear pencil skirts 
Just doesn't go on my body type.
