I'm looking to replace my trusty city mini that has served me well for years. For various reasons, I'm look it to replace it with a ligtweight umbrella stroller. I'm looking for something with a 5-point harness, option to recline, and one that is bumpable without the brakes locking every time we try to go up steps. I'd like to spend under $100. Preferably well under $100. Can anyone suggest something that would fit the bill? (no pun intended.)

I forgot to mention that I'm on the taller side so would either want extendable handles or something that is taller than a regular umbrella stroller to begin with.

We've been happy with the zobo bolt from toys r us. It lists for about $100, but they frequently have sales on random colors. Think we paid 79.
