Bumping this again- since its time to start thing about it- the applications are up. Can anyone tell me the hashkafa of these 2 schools- do they celebrate Yom Ha'atzmaut?

I would say they are pretty similar hashkafically. Let's put it like this, they are both have mostly chareidi staff and neither would describe themselves as tzioni however the girls going there are coming from more religious modern orthodox families (as we call in Israel dati leumi torani) or 'chilled' beis yaakov girls. Sorry if that sounds complicated. It's very hard to put people in a box.

What I would say is that I've heard wonderful things about both places and they are both known for being a warm, welcoming environment for girls. I would advise you to contact girls who went to both seminaries and if you or your daughter happen to be in Israel, then definitely go and visit the seminaries.
