I'm looking for shoes that are good for flat feet. I tend to wear flip flops at home (which I know are terrible) as I hate having things on my legs/feet. I am on my feet most of the day and have terrible leg/calf pain. I bought drugstore orthotics to put in my sneakers until I can get to a podiatrist. But do you have any recommendations? No granny shoes please

I also have painful feet.
Probably the "granny" shoes will feel great, but I am hesitant to wear them like you are.
Sketchers makes a shoe/sneaker that I like to wear. It's like a slip on sneaker.
Aerosole has some decent looking shoes.
Google comfort shoes or get orthotics from a podiatrist. Good luck!

I was told to wear a small thick heel for flat feet. I also found the Nike air sneakers to be more comfortable than other sneakers.
It took me a very long time to break into flats. I suffered terrible pain in my calves for quite a while.

Asics or new balance sneakers have the best arch support if you are looking for sneakers. SAS or Ecco have good support shoes that may be stylish enough for your needs.

I have flat feet and wear custom orthodics. I wear oxfords by Born. I use crocs in the house.
