Don't have any off the top of my head but if you go to pinterest and look up paleo desserts you will find many cookies and cakes that use almond flour, pie crusts are great made from ground almonds.

You can season and toast the raw almonds and eat fresh. Yum.

Brown

This brownie recipe is really delicious and healthy. It needs a jar of almond butter which you can make yourself from the raw almonds if you have a food processor. It's very simple- just process the almonds for around 15-20 minutes till it turns to butter.
I subbed regular cocoa for the cacao powder.

I toast ground almonds with spices in a skillet and use as a coating for chicken cutlets.

I like Dukkah spice, dip challah in olive oil, & then in the spice mix, or I've spread it on fish, someone I know used it in shnitzle.
Can Google, but basically:
- Toasted ground almonds (I like using already toasted w/ salt for this generally.
- Lightly toasted sesame seeds (quickly until fragrant, burns quickly)
- Fennel or anise seeds, lightly toasted (quickly until fragrant, burns quickly)
- Ground coriander lightly toasted (quickly until fragrant, burns quickly)
- Salt
- Pinch black pepper
I'm really not a patchka cook! Smile But we enjoy this as a Shbs dip, stored in closed container if a while in fridge
